In April 2016, our school began cooperation with the Krakow Philharmonic as part of the Accessible Culture program of the National Centre for Culture. Until the end of 2016, we will be visited every month by extraordinary guests who will introduce children to the wonderful world of classical music. Unusual music classes for disabled children were called by the authors of the program – Małgorzata Marchwiana and Monika Grochal "Meetings with Mrs. Melody". Children will learn various instruments, listen to well-known and popular pieces of classical music and learn simple songs. An important element of the classes will be rhythmic games, dancing and making music together on simple percussion instruments. The aim of the project is to enable children to get in touch with classical music. In the school year 2018/2019, we continue the implementation of music classes "Meetings with Mrs. Melody".
