In connection with the processing of your personal data, we inform you – in accordance with art. - The personal data administrator processes your personal data on the basis of applicable law, concluded contracts or on the basis of consent granted;
- Your personal data will be processed in order to perform the school's tasks resulting from the law, performance or conclusion of the contract, and if personal data are processed on the basis of the consent granted to the extent and purpose specified in the consent;
- The recipients of your personal data will only be entities authorized under the law.
- Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected and after that time for the period and to the extent required by the provisions of generally applicable law;
- In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to: 1) access to the content of your personal data, i.e. the right to obtain confirmation whether the Administrator processes data and information regarding such processing, 2) the right to rectify data if the data processed by the Administrator is incorrect or incomplete, 3) delete or limit the processing of personal data – in a situation where the processing takes place on the basis of the granted The administrator of consent, 4) transfer data,
5) objecting to the processing of data based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator or to processing for direct marketing purposes,
6) withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal – if the processing takes place on the basis of the consent granted to the Administrator, – in the cases and under the conditions specified in the General Regulation. The rights listed in points 1-6 above can be exercised by contacting the Data Protection Officer or by contacting the Data Administrator.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection when it is justified that your personal data is processed by the Administrator contrary to the provisions of the General Regulation
- Your personal data will be processed in a traditional way and/or in IT systems.
- Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or an international organization.
- The Administrator makes every effort to ensure all physical, technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, change, unauthorized disclosure, use or access, in accordance with applicable regulations, based on the provisions of the functioning Personal Data Security Management System.
