The theme of this year's Interschool Special Schools Polish Studies Competition was animals in children's poetry. During the competition, our two teams – Gosia and Mateusz and Wiktoria and Patryk – faced many difficult tasks. Candidates for victory read fragments of poems, matched poems to objects and heroes, arranged puzzles and solved crossword puzzles. The competition was very big – as many as fifteen groups appeared in Skawina. Despite the slight stress, the most important thing was fun. We all enjoyed our great results and great rewards. The Polish studies competition was accompanied by the announcement of the results of an art competition on the same subject. It was won by Wiktoria, and several other students of our school received distinctions.
