General information.

1. The Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided by Users in connection with their use of the website of Zespół Szkół im. Brother Alojzy Kosiba in Wieliczka at https://www.zskosiby.wieliczka.pl

Personal Data may be processed on the basis of the consent expressed by the User, and in cases where the law authorizes the Administrator to process personal data in order to implement the contract concluded between the parties, on the basis of legal provisions or when processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator .

5. The Service performs the functions of obtaining information about users and their behavior as follows:

1. through information voluntarily entered in the forms, i.e. e-mail address, name, surname,

2. through codes monitoring traffic on the website (including, m.in. by saving cookies in end devices – the so-called cookies). "cookies").,

3. the service can also save information about connection parameters (including time stamp, IP address)

6. The data collected in point 5 is not used in any way for marketing purposes or to identify the user, it is used only for statistical purposes.

7. The data sent by you through our website are processed only for the purpose of handling information contact.

8. Users' personal data left on our website will not be made available to third parties or transferred to third countries or international organizations.

9. Personal data contained in the form can be viewed by the natural person who placed them there. This person also has the right to access their data, the right to rectify it, the right to request deletion or limitation of processing, the right to transfer data, object to processing and withdraw consent to processing – in the cases and under the conditions specified in the General Regulation. Information about cookies.

1. The website uses cookies (so-called. "cookies"), which are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the Website User's end device and are intended for using the Website's websites. In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the GDPR, we hereby inform you that:

1. The administrator of your personal data is Zespół Szkół im. Brother Alojzy Kosiba in Wieliczka – represented by the School Director.

2. In the School Complex named after Br. Alojzy Kosiba has been appointed Data Protection Officer who can be contacted at: zss@powiatwielicki.pl or by calling 12 350 61 32.

3. Your personal data provided in the contact form placed on the Website, as part of an e-mail sent directly to the School, in the login form in order to gain access to the administrative facilities of the website or as part of the newsletter subscription form will be processed only for the purpose of:

1. registration in the Service modules that require it,

2. organizing promotional campaigns and other marketing campaigns by the School,

3. sending you a newsletter,

– solely on the basis of the consent given to us, in accordance with Art. Article 6 (1) Article 1(a) of the General Regulation,

4. necessary to take action at the request of the data subject – i.e. on the basis of art. Article 6 (1) 1 letter b of the General Regulation,

5. marketing of the School's own services and conducting analyses of the quality of services provided in order to improve the functionality of these services – i.e. when processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the administrator (Art. Article 6 (1) 1(f) of the General Regulation),

4. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to use part of the Website's resources and necessary for you to take the action for which the form is intended or for the School to take action in connection with the information received from you in the e-mail received.

5. You have the right to:

1. Access to the content of your personal data, i.e. the right to obtain confirmation whether the Administrator processes data and information regarding such processing,

2. The right to rectify data if the data processed by the Administrator is incorrect or incomplete,

3. Delete or limit the processing of personal data – in a situation where the processing takes place on the basis of the consent granted to the Administrator,

4. Data portability,

5. Objecting to the processing of data based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator or to processing for direct marketing purposes,

6. lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, when it is justified that your personal data is processed by the Administrator contrary to the provisions of the General Regulation

7. Withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal – if the processing takes place on the basis of the consent granted to the Administrator,

– in the cases and under the conditions specified in the General Regulation. The rights listed in points 1-7 above can be exercised by contacting the Data Protection Officer or by contacting the School.

6. Your personal data may be transferred to entities processing personal data at the request of the Administrator, e.g. IT service providers and other entities processing data for the purpose specified by the Administrator – whereas such entities process data only on the basis of a contract with the Administrator.

7. The recipients of your personal data will only be entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions.

8. Your personal data will be stored in the database until you withdraw your consent to their processing or for the time necessary for the proper sharing of information. Personal data, the application of which results from generally applicable laws, will be processed for the period indicated in these provisions.

The Administrator makes every effort to ensure all physical, technical and organizational measures for the protection of personal  data against accidental or intentional destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable laws.
